Hey everyone, Thinking of getting my first tattoo and wanted some honest opinions from the community.

The design is the Japanese proverb 七転び八起き which means “Fall seven times, rise eight.” I want it inked vertically on the side of my arm or wrist.

I’m a guy.. does this placement + design look good on male anatomy, or would it look better elsewhere? Any suggestions on size, orientation font are also welcome !!

So let me just say female clients skin feel like your tattooing on air. So easy to tattoo and such amazing colour retention! Still another session to go to pack the colours in better and add shadows for depth!
Those who’ve been following my work do let me know what you think about this compared to the work I’ve done before.

i was wanting one for so long and finally got this, these are two lilies if you cant tell, i wanted to have a tattoo in this style and im quite happy with it. what do you think about this??
