So let me just say female clients skin feel like your tattooing on air. So easy to tattoo and such amazing colour retention! Still another session to go to pack the colours in better and add shadows for depth!
Those who’ve been following my work do let me know what you think about this compared to the work I’ve done before.
It’s been close to 2.5 months I’ve started tattooing and learning the art. I’ve been blessed to have a great mentor who guides me every single day in every way possible. The importance of just drawing was something I never thought I’d enjoy so much so I’ve been drawing every single day! I’ve attached some of the pieces I’ve done in the past month and a half (some incomplete) and I enjoyed it really a ton!
What I wanted to know from the artists is what do you think the weakness lies and from collectors would you wear any of these tattoos and if not what kind of tattoos do you think you’ll look for.
So this is the 3rd tattoo I’m doing which will become a full leg sleeve. The client was looking for some neo retro Japanese style elements with irezumi style background, thus I chose these head pieces of Raijin and Fujin. Will put in the various elements and then create the bf with some sakura flowers. This piece still has another 5% of colour packing left. Total time for this piece till now is 6hrs.
Well let’s just say tattoos are fn painful but somehow still satisfying in an unending way! Here’s a new piece I added today!
Is it just me or does tattooing yourself hurts more compared to when you are getting tattooed by someone else! Like seriously! 🤣
So a friend of mine has had shitty tattoos all his life almost all over his body. Right now I’m working on his shin trying to give him an art piece he can actually wear with pride! This is the second session of his front sleeve. Another session would complete the work! Do let me know your thoughts.
So a buddy of mine wanted a dranzer artwork as he is a beyblade freak! Let’s just say practice skins and live skins are a whole different game! Although I consider myself lucky that I have friends who are trusting me to tattoo on them!
So here it is. The very first tattoo I make on a friends shin! Yes, THE SHIN! Arguable one of the hardest places to tattoo on! Still need more time and practice for more crisp lines!
And it’s Day 01 of actually using a machine on fake skins! Building on the basics all the way!

I forgot to tell you all why did I chose to learn tattooing! Well I have gotten inked quite a bit and these are the 2 I love the most! The demon slayer half sleeve was done around 3 years back and the Japanese knife was made a month ago.
Losing my sister 5 years back took a big chunk out of me and demon slayer was an anime I could relate with a lot! And then me being a chef for the past decade a Japanese knife was inevitable. Crazy to think the artist who did these is the same person I am apprenticing with right now!
So just like everyone suggested last time I did get into an apprenticeship which begins in a few days. But since it’s been quite a long time I’ve picked up a sketch book I just started referring to Pinterest and doing some freehand. Here’s a few pencil, pen and digital works I’ve done in the last few days.
