Normal to have different snap settings each leg?
Blueberry Simplex diaper.
One leg always seems to need one snap tighter/looser than the other to prevent gaps.
Is this normal? Or am I doing it wrong haha

I just picked up a stash of almost entirely blueberry Simplex Diapers! They all have this semi attached but, but also I was given a whooollleee bunch of rectangular inserts.
So uh... How do I work these?
Photo of the stash in question (there are also a couple from other brands but mostly the simplex)
My son is 11 weeks old, just over 12 lb. I'm using Lil helpers and LPO pockets, using both inserts in the little helpers as he pees through the smaller one, and two inserts in the lpo as well.
He's never loved diaper changes but with cloth I find he screams a lot more, especially once it's off. Not so much with disposables unless he's really hungry lol
Am I tightening it too tight? There are marks on his skin when I take it off, but I didn't think I was doing it too crazy tight but also don't want leaks. Looking at the marks in the pictures though, I'm now thinking that maybe I was over tightening?
I'm new at this sorry!
I have a tula free to grow that I love!
BUT. After a blow out in it, I realized I'd like to have a second carrier lol
I borrowed a ring sling to try but not a big fan, my hair also got stuck in the rings and it took me 5 minutes and a neighbour to get it out!
My baby is currently 2.5 months and 12 lbs.
Should I just get another FTG? What's the difference between FTG and explore ? I was looking on the tula website and some of the colours of the explore are just gorgeous
TIA!
Okay, I'm new to this whole cloth diaper thing, just started today now that my son is a bit bigger

How am I going to best be able to store these when soiled? I have one liner thing from Nora's nursery, I think the brand is that was given to me, and a couple wet bags. Do I need to rinse them? Dry storage? I'm overwhelmed by all the suggestions in previous posts from years past lol
