I recently helped out at a store in the pharmacy and noticed 1 person was filling the entire day while everyone else was stressing trying to handle the front . 2 of the technicians said it’s always been that way at this store and they seemed bothered by it. Is this common or have you seen this happen ? What can the employees do about it
