Woke up this morning and noticed this in the corner of my home office. Not sure where it came from as nothing in my office would need or have something like this apart of it. Has this strange almost cardboard material at the end, and the other a small metal hook. Curious as to what it may be to?

I’m still pretty new to the game, so I’m looking for friendly folks who don’t mind showing me the ropes, helping me learn missions/heists, and hopefully making some money along the way. I’m easygoing and I’m happy to follow directions while I learn. Just be patient with me if I ask a silly question or accidentally drive us into something I absolutely should not have driven into!
