My bf was banned for 12 months after a report that even the person who sent it didn’t expect to cause such a severe punishment.

He thought it would maybe be a 1-day punishment at most.

He already submitted appeals but only received automated responses.
I genuinely want to understand if there’s any way to get a real human review.

He’s not trying to avoid responsibility — he just feels the punishment is extremely disproportionate.

Has anyone successfully resolved something similar?

My boyfriend received a 12 month ban for saying “gg they troll” while already on probation.

He understands that previous punishments matter and accepts responsibility for his account history. However, a full year ban for this message genuinely feels extremely harsh.

A ticket has already been submitted, but I still wanted to ask if someone from staff could please take one more look at the case.
