NSM
So just a thought here givin that our economy is in the fucking toilet. How about there be no NSM, and all the money that is pumped into it gets added to our salaries instead. I mean seriously! As a store manager and for the amount of hours I work, and all the bullshit I have to deal with on a daily basis. (All store managers and reps for that matter.) Why not cancel the NSM or have it done virtually so they can increase our damn pay!? I get that companies do this to build "team spirit" and "company morale." But that is the last thing on anyone's mind right now! Especially with all the bullshit going on with the global failing economy! Inflation is skyrocketing and we are not paid enough! I know this will never happen obviously, because Sherwin-Williams is just another greedy soul sucking company, but hey a man can dream. Shit is ridiculous! Anyways rant over.
