Gel-cream vs regular gel for thick 3a/3b hair does it actually distribute better?

Gel-cream vs regular gel for thick 3a/3b hair does it actually distribute better?

dense 3a/3b, few inches long.

Every gel I've tried has the same problem: it won't spread through my hair. By the time I've used enough to reach everywhere, the outside is over-coated and crunchy, and when I scrunch out the cast it collapses flat. Mousse has the same issue plus no moisture.

I keep reading that gel-creams (specifically looking at this one) fix this because the cream base gives them slip so the same amount of hold spreads evenly instead of sitting on the surface.

Is that real, or marketing? Looking for people with similar density who've actually used one. Did the cast stay soft? Did the definition hold through the day? And did you need a leave-in underneath or is it enough on its own?

KOHO, I pay you for the top plan. Why does your app still look like a slot machine?

Everything plan member. I like the service. The cash back is great , the interest is good,The E sim is such a god sent, Cover has bailed me out. Please read the rest with that in mind.

I opened the app in front of a friend last week and felt embarrassed. Under my balance: a referral banner, a Cover promo, credit building, crypto. Bright tiles, dollar amounts, referral buttons. It looks like a mobile game asking me to buy gems. It does not look like somewhere I keep my money. Can we please get to option go get rid of the suggested for you tab and if I don’t use a feature, I don’t want a permanent ad for it. On my home screen
-Cover
-Credit building
-Crypto

Wealthsimple sells all the same stuff crypto, tax, spend, mortgages and they do use some of the same tactics, but they still manage to make the app look polished, and you can always dismiss the cards that show up on your home screen, and they don’t come back every single day. You go find the products when you want them. CIBC's app is boring, and I trust it more for exactly that reason. This isn't about having fewer features. It's about where you put them.

And here's the thing that actually annoys me: I'm on the most expensive plan. Everywhere else in consumer software, paying more is how you make the ads go away. Here I'm paying for the privilege of being upsold products I already pay for or already said no to.

The fix is not complicated:

- Let me customize the home screen
- When I dismiss something, keep it dismissed
- Put products in their own tab
- Stop marketing to people on the top tier

The feature request board has versions of this and it goes nowhere. So if you feel the same, comment — especially if you pay for a plan. Say which one. That's the only signal that tends to land.
