My problem is basically the same as this one, but I figured I'd post a new post to get support. I purchased a series 11 from Swappa, from a reputable re-seller (which I know can be a mixed bag). However Swappa doesn't allow blacklisted devices, so I know it can't be blacklisted. After reading about this being a common problem with Apple Watches getting mixed up in the system somehow, I'm hoping that is the problem here too and can be easily resolved.

I reached out to support in the app but they told me the watch was "restricted" and I need to contact the seller to "unrestrict" it.

My phone is on a Warp plan, premium with the Companion watch add-on.
