Tell me your college without telling me your college 🏛️

Hey guys, need a quick confirmation regarding the MHT-CET CAP Round 3 seat acceptance process.Round 1: No allotment.Round 2: Got a college, selected 'Betterment', paid the ₹1,000 seat acceptance fee, and got both the OTP verification SMS and the final confirmation SMS.Round 3: Got a new upgraded college (Sinhgad Main Vadgaon instead of Kashibai Navale). I selected 'Betterment' again and verified the OTP.After entering the OTP, the portal immediately showed "Seat Acceptance Status is Already Confirmed" and allowed me to download the official receipt showing Betterment (Not Freeze) and status as Confirmed. However, I did not have to pay any extra money this time, and I only received the first OTP confirmation message from the CET Cell, not the final confirmation SMS like in Round 2.Is this normal because the ₹1,000 fee from Round 2 automatically carried forward since they cancelled the progressive hike? Just want to ensure my seat is 100% safe and I don't need to look for any hidden payment button. Thanks!
Has anyone got allotment of Sinhagad college of engineering Wadgaon
Thinking about it now, our whole exam arc literally started with English 😭
First board paper , then boards , Cet Attempt 1 ,CET Attempt 2.
And our first paper itself had Soapy 💀 Everyone came out saying “Soapy ne vaat lagadi” 😭
At that time we thought it was just one difficult paper. But That was just the beginning of the whole madness . What a journey bro 😭😂
...One last month at home before college begins and everything changes 🥹......
From worrying about Cet & board exams to finally worrying about college, roommates, assignments, attendance, making friends and figuring out what we actually want to do with our lives 😭......
Feels weird knowing that this chapter of staying at home is almost over. Time really flew by.
And from now on, we probably won’t get such long breaks at home anymore. 🥹
Anyone else feeling the same? 🥹
.

Don’t you ever feel like life is just one phase after another? 😭
Right now, most of us are stressed about choosing the right college. Then college starts and there’s a whole new set of things—attendance, exams, backlogs, difficult teachers, college politics, making friends, figuring out what we actually want to do, etc.
Then comes the realization that a degree alone isn’t enough. You need projects, skills, internships and actual proof that you can do something. So you start worrying about building a good profile, getting internships, placements and eventually a job.
Then comes the salary phase—“Am I earning enough? Did I choose the right career? Should I switch? Why is everyone else progressing faster?” 😭
After finally becoming somewhat settled, there are still responsibilities, financial planning, family expectations and eventually the whole finding a life partner phase. Then adjusting with each other, managing families, responsibilities, and building a life together.
And somewhere in between all of this, we're also supposed to enjoy life, maintain friendships, take care of ourselves and actually be happy. 💀
Maybe I'm overthinking, but sometimes it feels like we're constantly preparing for the next stage of life instead of actually living the current one.
What do you guys think? Does life really work like this, or is there more to it? Genuinely curious to hear everyone’s perspective.
Mine: watching Manzil lectures even though I wasn't giving Jee 😭
What's yours? 👇
I'll start: “Meri percentile dekh ke college predictor bhi ‘system error’ bolne laga 💀😭”
Image unrelated 😅
Mention the college and why you think it's underrated (placements, faculty, campus, ROI, coding culture, etc.).
If your answer isn't in the options, mention it in the comments (fees, faculty, ROI, etc.).
Hey everyone,Now that the official CAP Round 1 allotment results and cutoff sheets are out, can we talk about how absolutely brutal the rank inflation is this year?Historical trends and previous years' cutoff PDFs are completely useless at this point. Because of the massive 2.45 Lakh+ registrations and the multiple attempts, percentiles that used to easily secure a solid, comfortable branch at reputable mid-tier colleges in Pune/Mumbai are now getting completely scanned past by the software. What’s even crazier is the tech-branch spillover effect. Because Computer Science, IT, and AI cutoffs spiked to unreachable levels, it looks like a massive wave of high-percentile students panicked and clogged up completely different branches as lower safety blocks just to avoid going unallotted. This has artificially inflated the entry barrier for branches across the board, even at standard local campuses.
Hey seniors 🙌 is it possible to change branches in the 2nd year at an autonomous college in Pune? What’s the process and CGPA required?
