I need to know if this is considered Favoritism, starting tomorrow my coworker will have 6 days off, and our manager approves her time off request every time, and she asked for more time off starting June 19th-22, and when I ask for time off, she goes and ask’s for time off as well, im the type of person I rarely for time off, If I do its far and few between. I asked for two separate times off next month. And my coworker saw that I asked for some time off, and she questioned me why Im taking time off, and she had an utter b***h fit about me requesting said time off, I wish I would have said that is none of your business and not your concern
