Training low resolution then switching to high resolution later?

Basically I’m training a LTX Lora and since it is so heavy and resource intensive, I started training at a lower resolution just to make sure it correctly captured the concept. Can I finish the rest of the training run by adding in higher resolution training data (same as before just higher resolution). Will that screw things up? Make any meaningful difference? Or would it just be better to restart with the higher resolution.

Does this seem to be TMJ related or something worse?

To give some context/background. I noticed a hard bump near the end of my jawline, and swelling around/beneath my ear. Occasionally I feel pressure on my ear.

Last October I was told I had tmj from my dentist. Ended up going to a doctor over concerns around it, he sent me to an ent in December. Long story short, they found nothing concerning. Saw another doctor this march just to get another opinion. She said it looked ok. However despite all this the discomfort still remains. So that is why I thought I would ask this sub. Is this something you’ve encountered with tmj? If so are there remedies?

History of vaping, no drinking.

I had a bit of discomfort in my throat, and started looking around and found this. Upon researching, I’ve seen other people have similar issues where it was a tonsil stone, cyst, etc. I’ve never personally dealt with that so I thought I would check here.

Some additional info, for months I’ve been dealing with general discomfort around these areas. To the point that, went to see my dentist, doctor, and eventually an ENT.

Dentist said I had tmj (on the same side), I have slight inflammation in my cheek so it is hard to tell if that is from tmj, or whatever this is in my throat.

Doctor said the discomfort was most likely post-nasal-drip.

The ENT mainly checked my lymph nodes (since that was my main concern at the time, either this didn’t exist yet, or it was too small to see visually). But he said everything looked fine.

So I just wanted to gather some more opinions just to decide how to move forward.
