Hope this isn’t too crass but I’m genuinely curious. Just returned from honeymoon and opened our gifts and we’re pleasantly surprised and incredibly grateful. I’ve read posts on here of people lamenting about not receiving gifts or even cards from their guests which is crazy to me. I think every guest should at least bring a card. I’d love to know what people received in gifts. For transparency we had a 110 person wedding and have received just over £5k. We’re so touched as we’re in a cost of living crisis so we really weren’t expecting this.
