Help with a delivered cancelled order

Hi all. I'm new to Vinted. I put about 20 items up for sale after making an account. Two items sold instantly, one of which required a printer.

In the morning I had over 50+ messages, a mix of sold items and offers. I printed a Royal Mail label in work and posted the two items I'd sold. In my confusion I mistook an item I'd just posted for a new sold notification due to the sheer number of messages in my inbox. I told the buyer I'd post ASAP as I don't have immediate access to a printer. They suggested I cancel it and relist and they'd use inPost instead which we did.

Afterwards I realised my mistake and notified the buyer. I also messaged Vinted and am yet to hear back. The buyer received the item yesterday but has no way of confirming receipt with Vinted. The Royal Mail tracking number also comes up blank when running it through track and trace. The buyer and myself are both at a loss as to how to proceed.

Any advice would be appreciated.
