[Beta] Our Thailand trip turned into a sleepless spreadsheet nightmare - so I built a "gap detector" for complex family trips. Need 20 testers.

My wife and I were planning a 3-week family trip to Thailand. By week 3 of planning, we couldn't remember which hotels we'd booked on which platform, or which ones had free-cancellation deadlines still coming up. We were both losing sleep, constantly digging through mailboxes, Google Sheets, and booking sites trying to make sure nothing was about to quietly expire.

That's the trip I built WayFare for.

You probably know the version of this you've lived:

  • The Booking.com free-cancellation date for hotel #3 quietly passes while you're focused on hotel #1
  • It's 11pm the night before and nobody can remember if the transfer from the airport was actually booked
  • The JR Pass / Eurail / park reservation has a specific activation window and one person is holding all the dates in their head

WayFare (wayfare.to) is a shared workspace that pulls every booking, stay, transfer, deadline, and daily plan for one trip into a single view the whole family can see - and then surfaces the critical details that nobody catches until it's too late. Hotel checkout that lands 6 hours before the next check-in. Activities that need advance tickets nobody's booked yet. Free-cancellation dates ticking down. An overlap between your Bangkok checkout and your Chiang Mai check-in, booking dates that weren't updated after plans shifted.

Less an itinerary builder, more an operational safety net.

I'm looking for 20 founding testers with a real, complex trip in the next 6 months. Multi-city Thailand, Japan, Europe - anything where the spreadsheet would otherwise be 40 tabs deep. Not browsers; people who'll actually use it on a trip they care about.

What you get:

  • Free founding-member access, forever
  • A 20-min onboarding call where I import your existing spreadsheet / email mess and set the trip up with you
  • Direct line to me for feature requests and fixes when something breaks

What I get:

Honest feedback now, and permission to follow up after your trip to hear what actually mattered.

Sign up at https://wayfare.to and reply here (or DM) with one line about your trip - that's how I'll pick the cohort.

What's the trip-planning moment that nearly broke you?
