John Rooney / Ricky Horton Appreciate Post
Just started seriously watching baseball this year as a Cardinals fan. Mostly watch and/or listen on the ESPN app, whether it be mobile or on ESPN's website, and I have come to strongly prefer the KMOX broadcast with John Rooney and Ricky Horton. Not only do they just sound like baseball commentators, their banter is dry and hilarious. They add just enough entertaining flavor to what feels like a wealth of knowledge, and I just wanted to make a post and say that they have a new fan.
On a less cheerful note, it makes the fact that the ESPN app cutting off the end of their reactions and commentary for commercials so incessantly that much more of a drag. Anyone else listen or watch somewhere they aren't accosted so frequently with the same commercials over and over? Anyway, cheers and go Cards!
