Filled out a ticket because getting into my account requires an Authenticator that I never did but it said requires anyways (the account is really old) and support instantly closed my ticket when I have access to the account through my PlayStation still. Since I have access to it still it’s pretty easy to show I own the account (I’m logged in and it’s linked). Just can’t get into it on my pc cause of the Authenticator but support didn’t bother in the slightest. Any advice on what else to do or should I just fill out another ticket and hope for the best? Thanks
