Is it worth it to come back? How has Apple Retail changed in 10 years?
Worked Apple retail in what I’ve heard some would consider the “golden era” (2012-2022). Worked as FRS(TS) then Pro roles, carrier experiences at HQ. Felt like a place to build solid relationships, grow professionally, etc. Kool-Aid wore off, lots of sketchy behavior from management, etc. Some of these threads have me wondering if I’m jumping from one frying pan to another coming back. Appreciate the info.
