I matched against the infamous angriest splatoon player and the second screenshot is the ensuing result. I hope he did not get mad or anything. Splatted him 5 times and he got me once. It took a lot of restraint not to bag him right at the end after I splatted him.

This was a great clam blitz match and I’ve no idea how we managed to pull it off at the end :) Props to everyone.
I am so tired of this game’s soloq matchmaking and relying on nintendo’s randomly generated randos, who you have to pray that they know how to play the game. Anarchy open is also unfair as hell as opponents could be clans or on voicechat.
I just want to have fun with this game and lately it has been anything but in soloq. So are there any quality players out there who want to team up in open, whenever it permits? I’d like to emphasize that we will NOT win all our matches for sure but at least we could have fun if everyone knows what they are doing. Perhaps a Saltoon team of misfits; not on a competitive level but casual fun.
Have been in S+ since launch and would like teammates who are also in S+ and know their roles so we can have good synergy. If anyone is into Salmon Run, we can also team-up. I‘ve 9s in all maps etc so looking for some high level teammates too.

How the fuck are we supposed to push when I look up at the screen and see that you motherfuckers are dead!!!? You put us at a number’s disadvantage and the opponents push instead, do you fucking get it!?! Why the fuck are you engaging in fights you can’t handle? Ideally you should not be trading and improve your survival instead!! I give up with these fuckers.
Anarchy Series S+. I had been winning too much for the game’s liking so they decide to balance things out by summoning Japanese players who are supposed to be sleeping mind you, at the time I was playing!!! How come the matchmaking don’t put a gaijin like me on their team instead? Why are they mostly always grouped together!?!
After the losses to them and other pathetic losses against non-Japanese opponents as well, the scripted matchmaking decides it’s time for me to win again and I eventually go 5-0 in my most hated mode, splat zones lol. I am so tired of this scripted bs and after my 5-0, I should expect to go on a losing streak very soon.

Immediately after the end of the clip, we got the score to 1 remaining. Despite doing what I did in the clip (and more), we lost at the end. I traded with a roller and my teammates could not hold the line and we succumbed. I wanted the win so badly especially after a connection error caused an automatic loss for me earlier.
Luckily I managed to finish the series 5-2 in the end but man, we should have won this.
