I have had a ton of small milestones along my journey, but 225 was the first really huge milestone! I hit that today! From over 350 at one point down to 225 today! FEELS AMAZING! 💪🏼💪🏼

ONWARD AND DOWNWARD TO ONEDERLAND! 🔥🔥

At one point I was over 350! Starting March 6th on this incredible medicine at 310lbs and to get on the scale this morning and seeing 234 is so beautiful

I’m headed to ONEderland and I want to you all to jump on board with me! 💪🏼💪🏼

It’s hard work and it’s paying off! Keep grinding, folks!
