5'10 (178cm), 154.3lbs (70kg), 31yo, what should I focus on?

Hi everyone, I went from 82kg to 70kg through diet, lifting and running (don't have a before pic). I had almost no chest and a beer belly. Thing is I still have a belly and love handles and I don't know what to focus on to get rid of them.

I'm afraid not to become skinny fat again (not that I'm not close to).

What I'm doing right now is 5 days gym (took a 2 week pause right now due to forearm splints), 3 days running, trying to eat 100g of protein per day, 2k calories and taking 5g of creatine per day.

I feel stuck, I noticed a big difference after 3-4 months when I started but now feels like nothing changes. Appreciate your tips/advice.

(also, how do you increase your forearms, wrist size beside curls?)
