Bought my first 3D printer!

Last week I picked up my first 3d printer, an Ender 3 V2 fully stock with 4 rolls of filament for 90€, and I have to say it’s freaking amazing.

Online I red a lot about this printer and people where saying it’s terrible slow and you have to thinker with it with almost every print, but I kinda like it, gives you the feeling you’re really putting time into making something. Made some pretty decent prints, looked all clean to me. Also think I can improve the prints a lot if I sand them down and spray them with paint.

Anyway I wanted to know if there are some upgrades some of you might suggest, I heard about an auto bed levelling upgrade, that seems kinda reasonable. Looking for nothing to crazy but all suggestions are welcome!

Single speed: Maastricht -> Spain

So 4 days ago I set out for my first bike packing trip from Maastricht to Spain on my single speed vintage mountainbike. I’m currently in Paris but dammmm I’m tired, and I want to go home, bike packing is nice tho! First 2 days were absolute hell, i didn’t plan a route so just used the route my Garmin gave me with 1500+ meters of elevation each day over a 100km + in de Ardennes, it was horrible but I kept going and I have to say France is a lot nicer, no aggressive climbs (single speed gearing: 42-17). And today the day started with a flat tire and a pump that didn’t work and a closed bike shop that I walked 5km to with a fully packed bike, I have to say the negativity got the best of me. Just checking if you guys have some advice on what to do next. Got some cool photos tho! Peace!

Bike packing with a backpack

Hello there fellow bike packers,

This summer I will be travelling from the Netherlands to Bardenas Reales (Spain) on my single speed 26 inch 90s mountainbike. I will be travelling extremely lightweight maximum of 5 kilo’s grams, and I want to strap this all on my back inside a backpack, for harsher/long days I will add a front rack or rear rack to my bike where I can strap the backpack on to give my back some breaks and for when it gets tough. Now I want to know if any of you have experience in this type of field and could give me some tips and tricks, every things welcome!

Peace out!
