Hey guys! I am completely new to this topic of importing anything to California so i have some important questions. For context, I live in Socal and my grandmother lives in El Salvador. In 1990 my grandfather purchased a new 1990 Toyota Land Cruiser Turbo Disel 4x4 5spd in silver metallic with a grey interior and drove it for 10 years before passing in 2000. My grandmother has a chauffeur and doesnt drive so the truck has been sitting in her garage since the day my grandfather passed. Now that i am 21 and am handy around a wrench i am interested in flying to El Salvador and fixing ol girl up and driving her home to LA. Question is, What exactly do i need to have to register and daily drive the thing here? I want to avoid legal troubles at all costs so im figuring this out beforehand. Chatgpt says i should just call the dmv and ask but i was wondering if anyone had insight from importing a car into Cali, maybe even from El Salvador? Hey guys my e30 came with these reupholstered e90 seats. They are in good condition and pretty comfy but i want to get some sport seats to continue the mtech-1 vibe i have going on. What would these be worth? I haven’t seen anything like them on here and im not familiar with the e9x community. Any input would help. Thanks!

Hey guys im getting my mirrors painted along with my mtech1 kit, i was wondering if there is a way to seperate these two pieces to get perfect coverage? i already took off the glass and motor as you can see but i feel like it’s impossible to get full coverage on both pieces while they are together. I cant seem to see any screws or anything online. Please help. Thanks!

Hey guys, I have owned my 325e for about a year now and enjoyed every second of it. Im pretty young and starting nursing school soon so i have some debt i need to sort out beforehand. I love this car but i also know its time for it to pass on to another person. Before i change my mind, if i could get some estimates at where i would be price wise? (part of me is hoping it makes more sense to keep it but if i can get what i think i can get ill do it.) again, im young so opportunities will arise again and ill still chase that m3 hahah.
