My Personal Opinion
To everyone upvoting the legal obligation against asking for money in r/Rwanda community :
Unemployment and hunger results into stealing and harming people for your personal benefit FOR ILLITERATE PEOPLE
WHEREAS
Unemployment and hunger results into asking for help and support as you are working against it(personal development and improvement)FOR LITERATE PEOPLE
I would personally ask for help and support than going to steal or even engage in any other violent and any activity against the law.
One can ask help and One can help another that's what communities are built for: SO HELP IF YOU ARE WILLING TO.
NOTE: This is not and will never be an OFFENSIVE ACTION AGAINST ANY OF THE COMMUNITY MEMBER BECAUSE WE ARE A FAMILY AT THE END OF THE DAY.
THIS IS MY PERSONAL OPINION AS A MEMBER OF THE r/Rwanda COMMUNITY AND I DON'T SUPPORT SCAMS AND SPAMS IN ANY WAY.AND THE SUPPORT I ASK/ASKED FOR WAS NEVER A SCAM IT IS A REAL-LIFE SITUATION ANYONE CAN PASS THROUGH.
