I hit diamond for the first time this season while otp mundo top. Since then I have been bouncing between D4 and E1 and haven't been able to get out of d4.

I'm not sure what exactly I need to improve because when I'm in emerald I'm not struggling much but once I'm in diamond it feels like the games get way harder. I think it's a mix between I'm performing very inconsistent and the teammates being coinflip.
