Lee sin clear start

I was playing with a friend yesterday and he E started red buff vs kayn, he got invaded.
But alright those things happen, what im not really sure about is lee sin starting skill in normal clears, Q has 2sec more cooldown in camps, while having 2 instances of damage + execute (also can early smite to increase Q2 damage), while E has 2sec less cd and providing one instance of damage wich is lower than Q, why would you start a buff with E and not Q?

Just want to learn lee sin from some good players. Any suggestions?

I think I'm shit

So ever since I've dropped from bronze to iron in an 9 loosing streak I can't win any games or when I do I get 3 loses right after. I main jgl I play lee sin and hecarim I mean I just can't figure it out it's really bad. So I'm also not stealing all kills when gangking (I used to take all but it didnt work so i figured out it would help when my team is fed but no) I mean when I see the adc or toplaner is on the enemy and he's low I give the kill. I'm also doing my objectives. I'm doing my full clears and I'm normally one of the guys with the highest cs in my team. But somehow every game I have one or more mates that just feed someone into oblivion I'm talking like 0/10 in the first 10 minutes I gangk them but still no chance it's like they're actual smooth brains not to be disrespectful or anything but how does this happen like every game is iron that shit? And if yes how do I get out of there I mean I can't really do anything if there is an 20/1/11 master yi midlane (My last rank game Katarina fed master yi into oblivion and yes I ganked her twice and got her the kills but still lost because he just one shot the entire Team). Does anybody know how to get out of that shithole named iron? And if I'm doing something wrong please point it out like I need this.

Thoughts on omniboots? seem that everytime I run them I feel nothing but I see a lot of Lee mains running them every game, if I get ahead I always go Ionian but maybe im not using them right, what do you like about them?

Is Lee Sin a good otp given his high pick and ban rates?

So I'm just getting into ranked (on EUW), but I see he has a 13.53% pick rate and a 16.16% ban rate. Assuming the champ select is fair, of those 13% of games, half of them you'll get the pick, and the other half will be your opponent.

Add to that the 0-2% autofill that junglers get, and 5-10% of unplayable team matchups. That means I wouldn't be able to play him in about......≈31.43% of my games.

Meaning if I play a 1000 games, I won't get to play him in 310 of them. The math can be changed around but the numers are still pretty big.

I really want a hyper-mechanical champ, but I'm worried I'd be wasting times with these statistics, and that I could improve far more, far quicker with some more often available champ.

What do you guys think?
