After playing for years and getting to 2.67B it's finally time to let it go. Life finally catching up and just can't dedicate the time.

When my phone finally decided to upgrade to me to 16.2 me and a couple other people who are using the phone in the US were no longer able to make calls or direct text messages anymore it's been a couple weeks now I think over a month and our phone is essentially still the same they wanted me to take it to carlcare but there is no call care in the United States so our best option is waiting for the next update which seems to not be dropping anytime soon

I live in the US and have had my Infinix Note 50 Pro for over a year and its been fine then at around 2am it auto updated on its own to xos16.2 and now I cant make calls or anything my carrier is tmobile. It was working fine prior. I tried to factory reset the phone and I reset the phone multiple times and still nothing. Can anyone help.
