What should I do?

So a little backstory...about 2 years ago I picked up a 2nd gen Ram for a steal. 2001 1500 SLT, 5.9, 2WD, quad cab. Just wanted a new project to piddle around with in my free time. Mechanically all it needed was a flexplate and torque converter. Went through the motor and trans and both check out. Runs strong. Cosmetics are another story. Headliner...gone. Dash..virtually non existent (arent they all on the 2nd gens). Cab corners...laughable.

The first 6 months I had it was just spent going through the truck and confirming what or what I didnt have to work with. Around that time I took a promotion at work and no longer had the time to do anything with the truck. Its been just sitting in my driveway, looking sad and begging for some attention.

I currently have a newer Duramax Sierra for my towing needs, a lifted 3rd gen 4Runner for when I need to get muddy, and a C7 Corvette. The Vette and Sierra share DD duties.

Ive always loved the look and styling of the 2nd gen Rams. My first was a single cab v10, followed by a 4wd Cummins. I finally have the time to put some time into the project it was always supposed to be. My question, and the reason for the post, is this...what do I do with the Ram? Pre-runner, street truck, figure out how to AWD TrackHawk swap it and just embarrass the kids on the strip? All these things have run through my mind.

Im less concerned about whether its legal to run on the street or not, as I have plenty of options for daily/street use. Im also not too concerned with any cost involved. I dont have an unlimited budget, but Ive built plenty of vehicles over the years and Im well aware of what it cost to start any new project. I can handle my own finances.

And before anyone says "sell it and buy...", I have no desire to get rid of it.
