Hello, I lost my key fob for my cla250 and got charged 2000$. It was a rental car and Enterprise has not yet disclosed a damage report after a 3-4 months wait period and multiple follow ups on my end. Do you think it’s too much and should I keep disputing the price ? There is a chance that my Amex insurance cover this cost but they really need a full disclosure of the damage report which I have not received yet and maybe I won’t anytime soon.
