Turkish egg(s)
This is my second attempt to Turkish egg. A delicious breakfast to celebrate that today is San Isidro Labrador (Patron Saint of Madrid) and I don't have to work 😁

I know that the cut is not so fine (I need to polish my knife skills) but I can confirm that it was delicious. I macerate it with olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, some Tabasco drops and ginger. I also added a little bit of pepper.
It is really good option now that heat is coming!
