I’m currently taking care of a stray I TNR . I took off her cone today and noticed her ear looked like this. I posted asking what it could be and everyone is saying mites. Does anyone have experience with these and know if they can help? I don’t want it to cause any harm :(

Does anyone know what’s wrong with my bully’s skin? I don’t know if it’s allergies or something else, I always give her baths and it doesn’t help and I’ve tried creams that are supposed to be soothing but I can’t figure out what’s wrong with her and pieces fall off and bleed
