Hey guys so I joined but have been lurking this sub for a while. I was about 240 pounds and have lost about 42 pounds in the past 3 months.

I wanted to share the funniest way I lost weight that made diet simple for me.

I like things to just be structured like to a very very autistic degree som may say. But I alway over thought the structure instead of just doing it.

I found that for me 160g of rustic potatoes 160 grams of seasoned chicken. And 1-2 cups of whatever frozen veggies I want meal prepped into little baggies make it so simple.

But the funniest thing isn’t the meal prepped into little that seems pretty obvious. It’s how I learned to enjoy it. Instead of a microwave I throw it all together into a pot with a cup of water and heat it super hot from frozen. And it all kind of melts together veggies soft potatoes starch everywhere and then some siracha. Def not the most appealing looking but taste amazing and eat meal is only 467-500 calories with 56g of protein.

It’s literally like slop. But I somehow enjoy it. Just wanted to share. If anybody partakes in slop like this. My girlfriend called it boi chow 😂.

Thank you to the person that said to get a pair of the legion go 2 controllers for the legion go 1 just in case but also for comfort. Damn I didn’t mind the originals but the new ones are def better fitting in the hands. The gap it created doesn’t bug me. It kind of looks cool. Only downside is not fitting in the original case. But tbh I’m not worried about that. The comfort really is game chnging for my hands at least. Now I kind of want to get an another pair in the future in case these break 😂. But they are pricey so I’ll wait a wee bit longer since I just got these.
