Yesterday, a viewer submitted to me a Nuke of Below Warlock deck. The goal of the deck was simple. Play cards that give us temporary cards, discard them, then use Nuke of Below + Crazed Alchemist to pressure with a VERY LARGE minion or deal lethal damage.

Hearthstone veterans will enjoy the "is this a bug?" comments, because this interaction is intended. Duke is naturally a 2/2 with an aura ability, increasing its stats per discard. If you've discard 4 cards, duke is a 2/2 with a +8/+8 aura, making it a 10/10. If you play Crazed Alchemist on Duke while it's a 10/10, the Alchemist makes the new base stats of the minion into a 10/10, THEN then +8/+8 aura is applied, making the 10/10 Duke into an 18/18. Do it again, and the minion jumps to a 26/26. This interaction catches A LOT OF PEOPLE off guard!

However, be warned. This deck is a turbo meme, but with removal being the worst it's been in ages, you'll find it surprisingly easy against certain match ups (Paladins, Hunters, Ramp Druids) to stick a large body to set up a lethal turn.

This is the deck we landed on, but I feel like it could be more optimized to focus on this Turn 6 scam turn (Nuke + Alchemist). Generally, we want a lower curve to keep up with most aggressive decks. If we deal with their early threats, it's a lot easier to stick the large Duke by Turn 6. Bat Mask is a funny idea if you're in a slower metagame, but since I'm legend and seeing a lot of curvestone/aggro decks, I adapted the list to these decks and stayed away from greedy set up. (Gemstone, discard Batmask, turn 6 duke/alchemist, into 7 mana Bat Mask sounds VERY FUN ngl...)

I still believe there are more deck like these out there, so if anyone ever finds a hilarious, interesting idea, I'd love to see your lists and meme ideas!
