What to study next?

I just finished my graduate diploma in Anaesthetics and Recovery. I am working as an anaesthetic and recovery nurse and I’ve recently started doing some floor coordinating.

I actually enjoy study and learning and like longer courses with essays etc (I know!). I don’t know if a masters is right for me as I feel like I want to learn more clinical skills as opposed to the research pathway.

Is it worthwhile doing a post grad in critical care for the skills there? Or do you know any anaesthetic specific courses or units I can study to keep me progressing? Online is preferable.

I saw a tik Tok game play where the WA has run out of court to chase a loose ball, flicked it back in to court legally, but the GK has then flicked it back out of court where it hits the WA as she’s out of court. It is then WA throw in. The discussion is about how if you’re out of court you can’t take part in play so that’s why it counts as off the GK. however I’ve seen instances where the GK takes a goal line throw in, the ball gets knocked back by the GS into the GK who isn’t back in court, and it becomes a GS throw in? Can someone clarify?
