Yukon won't start up after blaring horn for 2 mins

2015 yukon and it was behaving normally this whole time until today in regards to this issue im facing. The blaring started from the engine not starting up when I pressed and held the remote start feature and a security alarm kept going on and off, it would be on for 30 seconds and off for about 15 seconds. It finally clicked to me a couple mins after it started blaring to just use the hidden key to get inside the car, and hopefully just start it up. But after getting in, I notice the car cant start up at all. Is there anything I can do, or should do? Before I got inside and i was standing outside pressing the remote start to start up the car, I could hear the engine about to start idling, then it stopped and just blared the horn. Thanks.

I was getting followed by a blacked out civic last night for a good 30 minutes (was thinking of just straight up ramming into the dude, but this is my first car and I still need it for daily use for college and work lol)

How do I kill the lights, taillights and headlights? I tried moving the knob to the power off while I was moving, and it was as useful as a wet oven mitt. Just so that when I make a turn if this happens again, I kill the lights and pedal to the metal.

I dont have plates yet and my parents said that can be a motivator for people. And this isnt the first time that I've been followed either (2nd time in 3 weeks)

All I gotta say if there is no solution to killing the lights, thank God for the 6.2 cuz this dude was getting dusted behind me, bad.
