i’ve booked my ARC appointment individually (so not a group application with KU) before semester starts and noticed that i will need a certificate of registration/certificate of enrollment. i emailed GSC but they only told me that i will need to go in person to pick up the COE but it is not guaranteed that they will have it as i am going before semester starts.

has any exchange/international students been able to obtain the certificate of registration from one-stop instead of the COE and used that as one of their documents submitted for their ARC?
