It has been over a month but I haven't received a biometrics appointment notification. I can see that most of the people get biometrics notification within 2-3 weeks so I am wondering if its normal?

I see that we can send the application to different locations eg. Dallas, Phoenix, or Chicago depending on the state of residence. Just wondering if it makes any difference in processing time, or if all cases are handled the same after the lockbox receives them?
