Need Clarity on offer details
Hi Everyone, I have received an offer from JPMC Bangalore. As I was going through the offer, I want to clarify my doubt.
In the offer, I don't see it specifically mentioned if the medical insurance and gratuity will be part of my CTC or if it's additional.
It's not mentioned in the offered CTC structure, it's just mentioned in it's specific paragraph that these are provided.
Can someone please confirm if this will be add-on or will be cut from my CTC?
Also, the performance bonus is also mentioned separately. This the HR had specifically mentioned is not part of the CTC. Regarding the bonus, I wanted to know if it's given every year, or it depends on company performance.
Also, what is the usual % that's given?
If my current company tries to retain me, will JPMC be willing to counter it, or is it a risk and they would rescind the offer?
