Are these GASB/SEA topics still testable on FAR?

I’m using Becker as my main study material and Ninja for extra MCQs. I came across these questions in Ninja about GASB SEA Concept Statements, governmental reporting concepts, and the ACFR statistical section, but I can’t find these topics anywhere in Becker, I also asked NEWT.
Are these topics still testable on the current FAR exam, or are these older/outdated Ninja questions?
For anyone who has taken FAR recently, would you recommend actually learning these topics, or should I just skip them and focus on the governmental topics covered by Becker?

FAR SE1 62% — Can I move my exam up?

I just took my first Becker FAR simulated exam (SE1) and scored 62%. I attached my SE1 results and scores for reference.
My exam is currently scheduled for September 26, but I’m thinking about moving it up to September 6.
Do you think it’s possible to move it up based on where I am right now?I would still have around 3 weeks to work on my weak areas, practice more MCQs and TBSs, and take SE2.
Has anyone had a similar SE1 score and moved their exam up? How did you end up doing on the actual FAR exam?

Ninja vs Becker FAR – Does Ninja Go Too Deep on Convertible Bonds?

For those who used both Becker and Ninja for FAR, did you notice that Ninja has significantly more questions on convertible bonds than Becker? I’m seeing a lot of questions on convertible bonds, detachable warrants, and the book value method in Ninja that I barely saw in Becker. Should I spend time mastering these questions, or is Ninja going more in-depth than what’s needed for the actual FAR exam?

How comparable are Becker governmental fund questions to the real FAR exam?

For those who have taken go recently, how comparable are Becker's governmental fund MCQs/SIMs to the actual exam? Are Becker's questions harder, easier, or about the same level?

Mini Exam Scores: Am I on the Right Track?

I’m studying for FAR using Becker.
My ME1 scores so far:
First attempt: 37%
Second attempt (after reviewing): 63%
My other mini exams are:
ME2: 64% first attempt
ME3: 74% first attempt

For those who have already passed FAR, would you consider this to be a good indicator? Or should I aim for significantly higher Mini Exam scores before sitting for the real exam? I still didn’t do any Simulated Exams yet
Any advice or personal experiences would be appreciated!

What score is considered decent on the FAR mini exams?

On Mini Exam 1, I got 41%, but honestly I didn’t really try because I wanted to see what the questions were like and wasn’t familiar with the format.
On Mini Exam 2 (F3 & F4), I scored 64% overall:
F3: 83%
F4: 55%
SIMs: 70%
MCQs: 59%
Is this around where most people are before moving on, or should I be aiming for a higher score before continuing? What were your Mini Exam scores compared to your actual FAR exam result?

Is it better to start with F6 before F5?

I’m thinking about starting F6 before F5 because I’ll be busy with work, and I’ve seen many people say F5 is very time-consuming.
Would studying F6 first affect my understanding of the later topics, or is it perfectly fine to do F6 before F5?
I just finished (F1-F4)

Cumulative MCQ’s Revision

I have completed F1 till F3 , unfortunately my score in ME1 was so low 37% (41% on 17 mcqs testlet,37% on testlet2 with 2 sims answered one sim and left the other unanswered) i have decided to move on to F3 and build a better understanding through the cumulative mcqs revision for F1-F2 , today i have completed F3 and did a cumulative 30 mcqs from (F1-F3) and scored 70%for (F1 75% F2 75% F3 70%)
Do you think it is a good indicator? Or should i score more?

Need your study tips -FAR

Hello guys,
So a little bit about me I’m 26 , not from US and english it not my native language, i work in a financial reporting consolidation department at telecommunications group.
So I started my cpa (FAR) journey just yesterday and i’ve seen lots of posts recommending to start with F3 &F4 ,then F1&F1 then F5&F6.
Yesterday I started F3-M1 watched the videos and did MCQ’s i scored 60% which made me frustrated honestly cause I thought it was straight forward subject (cash and cash equivalent) then started with sims which made be even worse 🫠 so i decided to understand the concept of the sims instead look at it as a test of my understanding.
Today i started M2 account receivable watch the videos , read the textbook and did a cheat sheet to understand everything, i felt confident a little bit after that i started MCQ’s and scored 46% 😞.
I feel so overwhelmed i thought i would score between 70-80%.
Is this normal ? Or I need to change my methodology,I’m planning to study for 3 months 3-5 hours a day ,if you have any tips please let me know i really need your ideas .
