Hi there

I recently bought a bag that I love but I need some help on how I can get rid of the stains which seem to be colour transfer. I thrifted it but I don't know whether this stain can come off, any leather experts please advise on how I can restore this bag.

I'm not sure whether I should try chemicals, change the colour or take it to someone who knows how to restore bags. The material is leather but I'm not sure which exact kind, all I know is the material doesn't peel off. I haven't attempted anything because I'm worried that the material will be destroyed.Any help will be appreciated.
