Cancellation policy differs in email reservation confirmation vs. app?

I booked a room in January for a stay in August and my email confirmation shows this cancellation policy:

CANCELLATION POLICY
11:59PM HOTEL TIME 3 DAYS BFR ARRV OR PAY 1 NIGHT FEE/CCARD RQRD

I just went to the app to cancel the reservation and see this policy now:

FULL PREPAYMENT/NO REFUND/NO CHANGES

Deposit Policy

FULL PREPAYMENT

This is a points booking. Has anyone ever had this issue? I definitely would not have booked this room as non refundable…. So I’m obviously quite irritated.
