Wildcat and Unarmed

I am using wildcat as a combat mod along with MCO and some marital arts move set animations. Unarmed attacks are not costing stamina at all (neither normal nor power attacks) while attacks with weapons cost stamina normally.

I also have Precision and VioLens active. Wildcat is set to load late after most other mods so it isn't being overwritten.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
