Hi guys,
I am new to Noida and looking for a 1 bhk/rk near Amity University(5-6 kms). The flat should be fully furnished (semi furnished would lesser rent would be fine too).
The flat should be safe, have access to gas pipeline, accessible to basic amenities, and located in a hygienic area. I would prefer a gated high rise society, but a builder floor if safe would work.

My budget is max 20-22k.

Would appreciate if you can share names of any societies or locations I can target? Any contact of brokers or owners would be helpful.
