Every time i select something with my controller it makes a really weird sound and it only happens on part 2 and no other game, can anyone help? (Also to clarify i have checked settings and nothing weird is on to make this happen?)

I was just opening my most recent updated meta quest 3s and when i went to quick controls there is the wifi box but its overlayed in the quick controls? Its like transparent for me but whenever i take a video or photo of it, it just turns into a black box and i cant get rid of it? Can someone please help me
