Hello, my high school band has an instagram band account that has been passed down to every council president for the past ~10 years. It is tied to a different email and phone number, presumably belonging to the person who made it years ago; however, we have never had any issues when other people log in. Until today. The person I am passing it down to cannot seem to log in without sending a verification code to the old email/phone number. I am still logged in to the account, so I tried turning two-step verification off, but it said it was already off. Help?
