I designed the business logic, rules, and financial-model framework that is becoming the foundation for a budget-tracking platform supporting a multi million dollar real-property portfolio.
I’m being discriminated against at work due to having a disability. I knew I was going to get here due to RTO and I have reasonable accommodation to telework. I am required to do an hourly activity log when I telework as an approved accommodation. We already do weekly reports and have staff meetings with another status report. I was even told that telework is a privilege. EEO here we go.
Edit: I telework when medically necessary. It is not an accommodation to telework everyday.
I currently have a reasonable accommodation that includes an assigned cubicle. Management wants to move me to a workstation and give my cubicle to someone else. After I stated that my accommodation provides for a cubicle, my supervisor informed me that they want to open a reasonable accommodation case to review my accommodation. This appears to involve revisiting my disability-related needs, even though my disability has not changed and I still require accommodation.
Edit: Just want to also mention that my disability is invisible. People cannot tell that I have an illness.
