Had a scare yesterday when my neck felt like it kept involuntarily tilting or jerking backwards. It felt really stiff when I tried to force myself to look straight ahead or down because my head just constantly felt like it had to roll back.

Got a panic attack over it and went to the ER ... Found out I was low on potassium.

Still feeling kind of unnerved and weirded out by this whole experience. Did this happen to anyone else before ??
