Dark Academia Summer Wear
Hello, I live where the average summer temps are about 500 degrees with 5 million percent humidity, and I’ve been working to cultivate a dark academic aesthetic at work. But, wool blazers are not going to be the vibe.
Edited to add: I’m thinking of trousers and blouses, or dresses. Hoping more for direction to favorite source brands/websites etc, than items of clothing.
I’m looking for summer-friendly female DA work wear. A few of my qualifiers:
I don’t buy polyester, unless it’s recycled and even then I don’t wear it in summer.
workplace dress code is sort of business casual or maybe a notch above, but its generally not necessary to be business formal.
Over 40, so thinking something that reflects being more grown up.
