Retired so early

I don't think I've ever had a player retire so early in fm24 but retiring with 70 caps and 68 goals is a good way to go out I guess.

Giving a goal is another thing needed in FM

I'm ashamed to say my team just scored a goal with a injured player on the field. Albeit he wasnt injured enough to get automatically taken off but he had like 10% fitness after the highlight. In these situations I always think to Marcelo Bielsa screaming for his team to "give the goal" when his Leeds side did the same as I did today and If I could I would've done the same.(it didn't matter either way we ended 5-0 but it could've been 5-1 and Id feel better about myself)

Is playtime too strict?

We’ve all had players complain about playtime especially if they have important player and star player they basically expect to play every game no matter the competition.

But this season especially when we look at psg kvaretskelia has made 28 ligue 1 appearances and dembele has made 21 I think which helped them a lot in winning the champions league since their players were more fresh. If any of us tried to do this in fm we might be sacked by Christmas as half the squad wants mutiny and morale is in the red

I’ve thought playtime was too strict for a long time now but never really had a good example irl. I would suggest that in fm success and winning should also be more important than playtime because in the end that’s what players play for appearances is cool and all but when debating the best trophies more often than not come to the forefront.
