June top sellers - questionable decisions?

June top sellers - questionable decisions?

I saw the top 10 sales from June and noticed something peculiar - the Hyundai i10 made to sixth place.

Do buyers do zero research, or do most people simply not care? Why would you not buy almost any other similarly priced alternative?

Small/Safe/Cheap/Auto

There's a non-zero chance that I may have to go back to a hybrid working arrangement. It would be a roughly 40km roundtrip, mainly on the highway.

Help me create a shortlist of suitable vehicles, with these basic requirements:

- Small

- Safe, current Euro NCAP rating of 3 stars or more

- Automatic, but not CVT

- Used, but not older than 3 years

- Economical

My current shortlist:

- Mini F66 3 door

- Polo DSG

- BYD Dolphin Surf

- GWM Ora 03

Any other suggestions?
